Required Reading: Cocktails by Amy Sacco

Not so much a recipe book (though there are several drinks listed) as it is a look inside the glamor of the New York Cocktail scene as told through the memoirs of Amy Sacco.

This book is a beautiful addition to your cocktail library.  Several drinks are listed throughout the book but it is just a part of the whole which is a glimpse into the life of the modern bon vivant.  The pages are full of photos for celebrities and beautiful people as well as famous quotes from legendary imbibers.

This book is more at home on the coffee table rather than behind the bar.
