Start a Valentines Day fire with the Smoky Paloma

Time to think beyond the bubbly to something more exotic.

Mezcal you say?  How…rustic.

Look, bubbles are cute but on a day such as Valentines Day, you may want to consider something with a bit of a wild side;  Sultry smoke, a little spice that teases the palate, a little bite that lingers on the tongue.

Is it getting warm in here?… why don’t you tell me more about Sombra Mezcal?

Sombra is a high quality small-batch mezcal from the Los Altos region of Mexico in a small village called San Juan; roughly 8000 feet above sea level.  Organic espadin agave is grown in just the right conditions to produce a spirit like no other.

…but Mezcal for Valentines Day?

My opinion for whatever it’s worth, Sombra is an exceptional Mezcal and doesn’t your special someone deserve the best?  Besides, in case you didn’t know, Sombra means “Shadow” in Spanish.. and who hasn’t been a little naughty in the shadows?   If you are the type to play it safe then by all means go for the grape however if you are feeling a bit more adventurous then by all means have a little fun in the shadows with the Smoky Paloma.
