It’s a great cocktail. You can pretty much guarantee anything from The Dorsey is going to be great. I just found the mound of crushed ice difficult to drink; constantly blocking or clogging the straw. A minor complaint in an otherwise excellent cocktail.

Touristy? Definitely, but dont let that stop you. This place is legit. Tortilla Flat was the last stagecoach stop on the Apache trail way back in 1904. This place oozes history, the scenery is beautiful and that’s the draw. More a beer & burger spot and that’s just fine
