If you know us and read our new Miami print issue (if you haven’t, get a copy here), you know we are smitten with the Brickell neighborhood in Miami. How could you not get excited about all the cranes in the sky signaling growth, developments, and fabulous openings, like Baby Jane!

Baby Jane – by Native Sons Hospitality, the folks behind Ariete – caters to the cocktail-aficionado crowd who has an equal appreciation for delectable nibbles. And Executive Chef Michael Beltran is doing just that, turning out a menu of cocktail-friendly foods with finesse. Items include duck and foie gras croquetas, short rib and pastrami tacos, and house-grilled wings.

The atmosphere is a bit more laid back then it’s high-end neighbors, with a comfy, yet chic feel. The cocktails are created with care with house-made bitters, shrubs, and tonics. The “Jane and Juice” has my name all over it – passionfruit, jalapeño, gin, honey, and fresh mint.

There’s so much more to this newest outpost, you’ll have to see it for yourself, if you get there before us, save us a seat.
