Dear Friends,
We gathered here today for another great cocktail experience; The Drambuie soufflé-
I wanted to create a sort of an eatable cocktail that will serve as a dessert.
If you saw my clip published on the Campfire martini, you have seen me working with this technique,The cocktail is very simple and surprising and the flavor complex comes from a French truffle liqueur
You will need an IsI easy-whip or any other whipped cream siphon with chargers ( canisters) ,
What you will need;
- Drambuie
- Cointreau
- Distillerie Lacheze- liqueur a la truffe ( find it online)
- Cream
So first of all if you want to enjoy this cocktail without the shenanigans
just add to a mixing glass
- 1.5 oz. Drambuie
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 0.5 oz. Distillerie Lacheze- liqueur a la truffe
Add ice and stir until cold, strain into a rocks glass with ice and enjoy.
If you do want to have some fun add to this mixture 2.5 oz. of cream
Dry shake- add ice and shake again until cold-
Strain the cocktail to the IsI easy whip, Charge the easy whip and whip this cocktail to shot glasses to be served with a spoon.
I got chocolate cups at Dean & Deluca to create an all eatable cocktail,
And garnish with different garnishes, every different garnish that you will use, will add a different dimension to the cocktail,
I used mint leaves, chili flakes and Hawaiian red salt .
Try to whip other cocktails on your free time,
It’s great
