Hello again dear drinkers,
If you have been following us for a while, you probably expect my signature cocktail to be made with some crazy combination or ingredients. When I first made it ginger was considered too be weird in a cocktail. Since then the cocktail culture evolved so much, these days it’s weird to find a cocktail menu without ginger in it.
This excellent combination of lychee and ginger has appeared in almost every cocktail menu I have made and in different varieties depending on the place and class. So basically I balanced this cocktail in different glasses, classes, and twists.
Today I am going to give you my favorite one with a little sophistication to make the cocktail more interesting.
You will need :
- Ginger
- Vodka
- Lychee liquor (soho or bols)
- Lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Rose water
- Rosemary
To make this so simple cocktail:
In a shaker
Mauddle 3-5 ( to taste) thumbnail size slices of ginger
add to it
- 0.75 oz. vodka
- 1.25 oz. lychee liquor
- 0.75 oz. lemon juice
- 0.25 oz. simple syrup
Add ice and shake; pour to a rose water rinsed coupe, garnish with smacked rosemary leaves or sprig.
This is my signature cocktail, simple yet delicious.
I hope you will enjoy it,
Cheers,
At you service
